Adobe

For over 15 years, Adobe has been partnering with TechSoup to provide multimedia and creativity software products to help nonprofits focus on storytelling. In fiscal year 2022, Adobe worked with TechSoup to expand its offerings to 19 additional countries. Thanks to this expansion nearly 45,000 NGOs in more than 90 countries and territories were able to receive donated and discounted Adobe products.. In addition to product contributions, Adobe participated in our Digital Storytelling Mini-Conference, leading a session on telling a nonprofit's story on social media through the use of graphics or videos.

Amazon Web Services

As the world relies more and more on cloud-based infrastructure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) is an increasingly vital part of the technology stack for organizations of all sizes. AWS provides cloud solutions on a pay-as-you-go basis, allowing for deployment as needed. Through TechSoup, the AWS donation program provides nonprofits in 236 countries and territories with US$1,000 credits to some of their most popular solutions. Over 4,300 organizations in 79 countries and territories received AWS credits in fiscal year 2022.

Avast

Over the past two years, the global pandemic prompted a rapid shift to remote work and hybrid offices. This has significantly increased the need for cybersecurity protection. Small and medium sized organizations need support so that they do not fall victim to cybersecurity breaches and cybercrime. Beginning in July 2020, Avast has partnered with TechSoup in the U.S. to provide cloud-managed, integrated, enterprise-grade endpoint and network security solutions to nonprofit organizations around the world. In fiscal year 2022, over 1,100 US nonprofits accessed Avast donations and discounted products. Since October 2021, Avast Business products have also been available in Canada, Australia, and Germany.

BENEVITY

TechSoup continued to support Benevity's workplace giving, volunteering, and matching programs in fiscal year 2022, and we're proud to report steady and significant growth in the program worldwide across the past fiscal year.

Benevity supports Corporate Social Responsibility teams in companies all over the world. In partnership with TechSoup, they are able to help those teams connect their talents and donations to causes in more than 138 countries and territories. The result? More than 10,000 NGOs received support that helped them further their missions. And employees at companies around the world had an opportunity to have a direct impact on NGOs.

Furthermore, in fiscal year 2022, we had the pleasure of joining Benevity at Goodness Matters 22, its first in-person conference since the pandemic. There, we heard first hand about the incredible, innovative work Benevity’s growing customer base is doing to promote environmental, social, and governance standards aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals. We shared what we had learned from the TechSoup Data Handling and Digital Readiness Global Study with a special focus on how corporations can better support the digital transformation and resilience of the nonprofits in their networks.

DocuSign

DocuSign enables nonprofits to securely and quickly prepare, sign, and exchange documents in the cloud putting an end to the need for paper-based documents. This helps support nonprofits in delivering on their missions and saving money along the way.

In fiscal year 2022, TechSoup's DocuSign program served nearly 2,600 organizations. During the same time frame, DocuSign program achieved the largest impact among grassroots organizations. Over 80 percent of the organizations that benefited from this program had estimated budgets under US$1 million. TechSoup played a key role in launching DocuSign’s growing employee volunteer engagement program, Impact Corps. The program provides nonprofits with additional resources and skill-based support to maximize the nonprofits' impact, making it a beneficial resource for smaller organizations with limited resources.

Intuit

For 20 years, TechSoup's Intuit program has been committed to providing nonprofits with affordable accounting software to help with financial transparency. In fiscal year 2022, we were able to expand the program and launch a QuickBooks and Payroll bundled offer for nonprofits in Canada. Through TechSoup,the Intuit donation program served over 45,000 organizations in the U.S. and Canada. We look forward to continuing the partnership and exploring how else we can support nonprofits and their finances.

Microsoft

Across the world, the TechSoup Global Network distributed more than 1.4 million software and cloud licenses to 63,000 organizations across 126 countries and territories around the world in fiscal year 2022. Over 108,000 organizations received access to Microsoft solutions through validation services.

In fiscal year 2022, Microsoft made a series of changes in its nonprofit program to focus on cloud solutions and cloud offerings for the sector. TechSoup’s priority was and is to make sure organizations have the best information to understand options available and the support to navigate changes.

We were excited to launch the Microsoft Product Recommendation Tool to help nonprofits navigate the technology selection process. The tool is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, and Italian.

We empowered 185,000 learners through instructor-led training courses, video tutorials, and content to adopt Microsoft solutions more effectively. More than 13,000 event attendees in 17 countries gathered to learn how to choose appropriate Microsoft solutions. Reaching our Arabic-speaking community has been a priority for TechSoup and we launched TechSoup Courses in the Arabic language last fiscal year, together with TechSoup Global Network partners in the Middle East.

NortonLifeLock

Today, our society is more reliant on technology than ever before. This technological evolution has led to the emergence of data security concerns, malicious attacks, invasions of privacy, fraud, and other rapidly evolving and increasingly sophisticated threats. NortonLifeLock is committed to supporting nonprofits by offering them security software that allows them to work safely in our digitized and connected world.

In FY 2022, more than 8,720 organizations in 52 countries with 220 different mission types received roughly 11,640 NortonLifeLock products through TechSoup’s donation program. Starting April 2022, Norton upgraded its product offerings through TechSoup to include its award-winning security software Norton360 Deluxe. Additionally, as part of its commitment to supporting global nonprofits, it increased the allowable number of licenses that eligible organizations can request during each fiscal year, providing protection for up to 100 devices per organization. Norton is actively working with TechSoup to expand its programs to other countries around the world.

In March 2022, as part of TechSoup’s response to the war in Ukraine, Norton swiftly made its security product Norton360 available to all organizations in Ukraine, Moldova, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, and Romania at no cost.

Equipping NGOs with Tools to Protect Critical Systems

TechSoup’s strategic partnership with Okta began in 2017 when we first validated nonprofits as part of the Okta for Good program. Okta enables nonprofits to more safely use any technology by securing and managing identity everywhere. Solutions include Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and much more.

The TechSoup Global Network partnership with Okta for Good is now available to NGOs in more than 200 countries and territories. It brings a critical security platform to nonprofits. Over the last fiscal year, the number of nonprofit organizations validated for Okta through TechSoup grew significantly.

Okta also demonstrated its deepened commitment to supporting TechSoup’s work through founding partner grant support of TechSoup’s Civil Society Security Strengthening Initiative, which is focused on strengthening the security of the smallest nonprofits, including those in and around Ukraine affected by the Russian war. Twilio

TechSoup started working with Twilio in fiscal year 2022 to support Twilio.org, the company’s social impact arm, in making it easier and faster for nonprofit organizations to access product credits and discounts. Twilio.org provides more than 8,000 nonprofits with digital engagement technology and financial resources to engage more than half a billion people a year.

TechSoup also collaborated with Twilio.org to increase nonprofit education about the ways that digital engagement technology can enable organizations to expand their reach and scale their missions. This included partnering on the Public Good App House series of educational webinars, including one featuring Twilio.org’s new report on the State of Nonprofit Digital Engagement.
